This special experience takes place at a brand new, purpose designed retreat centre where luxury meets eco and time stands still. The location is easily accessible from main routes.

This retreat which is fully inclusive is suitable for almost everyone, singles, couples, friends, mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, grandmas and grandads are all welcome, although you will need to be over 18 to attend.

And so .... we shall be waiting patiently to welcome you into the forest where you will find "silence" of the mind in this age of noise.

Masterclass: breathworks talk and experiential exercises – learn how to notice your own breathing patterns and understand how they relate to different well-being states. More so, we will learn how our amazing breath can be used to self-sooth and cool down a busy minds and body, one single breath at a time!

An Introduction to “Scaravelli” yoga. This yoga is a gentle but intensely powerful form of yoga that is both intuitive and playful. Suitable for both men and women from beginners to experienced yogis.

Eight silk brocades – an introduction by practitioner Helen Bell to the beautiful and elegant ancient Chinese art form and gentle exercise known as Qigong – a moving meditation centred on breathing techniques and co-ordinated movement set to beautiful music. Qigong is the perfect way to relax the mind and body and achieve flexibility and balance. The eight silk brocades is a practise that you can take home with you to do anyplace, anytime, anywhere in order to feel calm, balanced and glide through life like a piece of silk!

Guided relaxations for sleep with Dr Sandra McCutcheon – wind down and learn how to sleep deeply and naturally so that you wake up feeling refreshed and raring to go!

Saturday evenings will never be the same after you have experienced an evening around the firepit discovering the power of the drum to connect a group of people. A magical and fun evening led by accomplished drum facilitator, Andy Harris.

Create your calm as you get your ‘Zentangle on’. You will be completely immersed and in FLOW as you create your own beautiful artwork under the expert guidance of Dr McCutcheon. Zentangling is known for its therapeutic effects in helping to relieve stress and anxiety as well as promoting increased mood states, self confidence and wellbeing.

Learn the wisdom of the native American talking stick as you discover the art of how to really listen to the voices of our families, friends and loved ones. This thought provoking and life enhancing talk and demonstration by Helen Bell, will radically change the way you think about and communicate with others.

Learn why eating more plant based foods whilst NOT cutting out meat altogether, can still promote lower body mass index, reduce blood pressure and cholesterol. This interesting and informative session will be presented by delightful nutritionist Holly Nelstrop who is also our resident chef for the duration of the retreat.

Connect deeply with the soothing power of nature as you discover and experience for yourself, the pleasures of the Japanese practice of guided “forest bathing” or “shinrin-yoko” as they call it in Japan. Learn with Dr Sandra McCutcheon how this simple activity can improve your health, lower your heart rate and reduce blood pressure and symptoms of stress.

Enjoy a quintessentially English afternoon tea with your new friends followed by a special closing ceremony that brings our wonderful retreat experience to a close.

Optional free time activities includes: relaxing in your own private wood-fired freshwater eco hot tub; go nature based mindful walking in the peaceful and tranquil woodlands (the treasure of pleasure); take a moment in time to gaze out over the lily festooned pond whilst observing the delicate dance of the dragon flies as you enjoy a cup of purusha blended tea; watching the clouds whilst lying on your back in a wild flower meadow or observing the twinkly stars at night as you lie in your luxurious snuggly king size bed, or just simply “being” and romance the ordinary!

Luxury sleeping accommodation in your own private geodesic dome in your own private space in the woods, where you can listen to the sounds of nature and observe the stars at night through the transparent roof. Options include a snuggly super king size bed or two twin beds with organic, vegan and completely chemical free mattress and pillows.

Your own private, hand built, wooden shower room where you can indulge in a range of complimentary natural soaps and shampoos before drying yourself off on a soft and fluffy organic towel and then wrapping up in a beautiful dressing gown – ready to relax.
